The Hotel Mercure Gaia has recently been renovated, and the use of virgin cork from Creative-Cork was one of the choices of Architect Teresa Leonidas from NL Decoração for the hotel's lobby. This full integration of a noble, sustainable, and eco-friendly material, along with the hotel's logo and the unique pieces by sculptor Paulo Neves, creates a striking and harmonious design.
